Roberto was born on 16 January of 1980. His musical studies began already at the age of six: the piano it’s a beautiful instrument for his mother (“it’s beautiful watching streamlined fingers running and pushing white and black keys“ -she said- ). But the fingers of Roberto remained streamlined until at the age of fifteen ; -) after to have pushed also plastic keys of the keyboards, to have touched the thin strings of guitars and the benches of the school of music for the music theory. His pleasure to learn music does not end, but it emphasizes when he saw a “guitar with four not thin strings”. After few weeks the first one bass was between his hands! After other few weeks, he already formed a group, than after just a year it disappeared : - (. He formed a lot of bands for years…
During one seated of arena, in order to find a solution for the fingers not streamlined, meets Luca Sellitto… the rest is easy to understand ; -). The studies on the bass continued: Roberto followed lessons of important Salernitan and Neapolitan bassists. Today he still continues to go to lesson from Paolo Pelella (www.paolopelella.com).
